Stainless steel jerrycans are extremely durable and resistant to the toughest (weather) conditions. As a result, they are regularly used in shipping. The stainless steel jerrycans are produced in Europe and have a UN and TUV-GS quality mark. Unfortunately, our manufacturer has not had the jerrycans tested for food safety. We cannot therefore demonstrate that they are suitable for drinking water, even if they are made of stainless steel.
