The 30-day return period, also known as the trial period, starts on the day the order is delivered. You have 14 days to return the item without giving any reason. Exceptions to this are specially ordered and already used items. If you return anything within the 30-day return period, no costs will be charged, unless the product is returned damaged, used or incomplete.

If Jerrycanshop receives the items returned complete and undamaged, the invoice amount including any paid shipping costs will be refunded within 14 days via the payment method that was also used to pay for the order. If an item is received by us incomplete and/or damaged, 25% of the value will be deducted from the refund. Therefore, treat the items with respect and avoid expenses.

If you want to make use of the 30-day return policy, you must take care of the shipment and shipping costs yourself. It is of course also possible to deliver the order to us yourself.

4. You return the order together with the return form by courier service or you bring it yourself

If the error was caused by us, we will pay the shipping costs. If you have ordered incorrectly yourself, the shipping costs are for your own account.

Due to the nature of our products, you will usually immediately notice whether the article is in order after you use it. If you still discover a manufacturing defect within two years, please contact us. You can be sure that we will come up with a solution.

We will answer your complaint within 14 days of receipt, if it needs more time, we will inform you.
