Below €100 including VAT, we charge €6.75 including VAT, regardless of the number of items.
Within the Netherlands we can also send the order to a DPD service point. If the order is too large for delivery to a service point, we will contact you.
Belgium
From € 100, - including VAT, delivery is free.
Below €100 including VAT, we charge €7,85 including VAT, regardless of the number of items.
International
We also accept orders from France, Austria, Luxembourg, Poland, Spain, Portugal, Italy and the Czech Republic via the webshop. Shipping costs are variable and depend on volume and weight. The shipping costs are calculated on the shipping page within the order environment. The delivery time for the above countries is 3 to 5 working days.
For large drums, such as the 216L steel clamp-lid drum, we apply a volume surcharge of €35,00 including VAT per drum for orders outside The Netherlands. When a volume surcharge applies, this is always stated on the product page.
Almost our entire range is delivered from stock. For most orders, orders placed on a working day before 12:00 PM are shipped the same day. The delivery time of a product is stated on the product page. For an order with different delivery times, the longest delivery time is leading. Partial deliveries are only possible in consultation.
Larger quantities, pallet shipments and volume items such as barrels and containers are shipped via a pallet carrier. The delivery time for this type of shipment is 1 to 3 working days.
Business addresses and delivery addresses in Belgium are not delivered on Saturdays.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive the track and trace details of the shipment by email. With this information you can track the shipment online and estimate which day and what time the courier will deliver the order. If the shipment cannot be traced after 48 hours, please contact us.
If no one is present at the time of delivery, the courier will usually try to deliver the order to one of your neighbors. In this case you will receive a note or email that you can collect the shipment from neighbors A or B. If this is also unsuccessful, the courier will deliver the order to the nearest parcel shop. Here you can then pick up the order. Please bring a valid proof of identity with you. The courier will only make one delivery attempt at private delivery addresses. If you are unable to pick up the order at a parcel shop, try to be present at the first delivery attempt.
Parcel carriers
Packages are sent via DHL or DPD. Jerrycanshop chooses the carrier depending on various factors. If you have had bad experiences with one of these carriers, please let us know. Then we look at the possibilities.
Pallet transport
We have contracts with DHL and Gebroeders van Eijk for the transport of pallets. With pallet transport, the carrier assumes that someone will be present during office hours on working days to receive the shipment. If the carrier is still standing in front of a closed door, we are unfortunately forced to charge €25.
Do you urgently need products? Please feel free to contact us. For a surcharge, we can often arrange something with our carriers.
Please note: Our showroom is closed indefinitely. Paying and ordering on the spot is currently not possible. If you want to pick up something, you must order and pay in advance via the website. Then you will receive a message as soon as the order is ready. Please keep this in mind. We don't make exceptions.
