Both individuals and companies can order on Jerrycanshop.nl. This is simple and fast. The ordering process consists of 7 clear steps. You are not obliged to create an account.
Step 1: Select product(s).
Place the desired product in the shopping cart. You do this by pressing the "Add to cart" button which is displayed with all products.
Step 2: Shopping Cart
You will find the shopping cart at the top of the page. By pressing the icon you can view the contents of the shopping cart. If the products or quantities are not correct, you can correct this in the shopping cart. Is the order correct? Then click on the "Proceed to checkout" button.
Step 3: Log in or register
You do not need an account to place an order. If you do want to create an account, or if you already have an account with Jerrycanshop, click on the link "log in or register".
If you do not have an account and do not want to create one, you can skip this step.
Step 4: Address details
At this step, enter all the information required for the shipment and handling of your order. If you want the order to be delivered to a different address, you can indicate this during this step.
Step 5: Shipping Method
Would you like to see the order delivered, or would you rather pick it up yourself in Oirschot? You must indicate this in this step. If you choose to pick up the order, we will send an email as soon as the order is ready. During office hours this is usually the same day.
Step 6: Payment method
In this step you choose the desired payment method.
Step 7: Check your order
Check your order one more time for accuracy. Is the order correct? Then click the "Buy" button. If you have opted for an online payment, you will be redirected to the website of our financial partner. Follow the instructions to complete your order. If you choose a regular bank transfer, payment by invoice or cash on collection, we will keep you informed about your order by email.
Have you forgotten to order something, or do you want to cancel the order after all? No problem. In this case, please contact us as soon as possible and preferably by telephone. As long as the order has not yet left our warehouse, we can immediately change or cancel it for you.
Is your order already on its way? Then you can refuse to receive the order. You then inform the courier that you do not want to receive the package. After we have received the return package, we will contact you to find a solution.
It is not necessary to create an account to place an order. On the other hand, it can be useful, especially if you place orders more often. The benefits of an account include:
- You do not have to fill in the address details every time
- You have an overview of all orders and can easily place repeat orders
- We can record price agreements in your account
You can easily create an account by clicking on "Account" at the top of the page. After entering a few details, your account will become active immediately.
If you have a valid VAT number as a foreign company or institution, you can place an intra-Community order via our website. In this case, the VAT is shifted.
During checkout, indicate that you are a business customer and then enter your VAT number. You will now receive an invoice with 0% VAT.
